AT Rewind & Fast Forward 2025-26

The prize draw is being run by Arcola Ltd trading as FindMyFlow ('FindMyFlow').

Eligibility:

• The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and working within the DSA / disability support sector within the United Kingdom. (FindMyFlow staff members and staff members of all participating publishers are excluded from the draw).
• By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
• A maximum of one entry per individual is allowed.
• The prize draw is free to enter.
  
  

How to enter:

• The prize draw will include entrants who submit a vote up to 11:59am (UTC) on Wednesday 14 January 2026.
• Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
• To enter the prize draw, simply submit a vote for your favourite AT update using the form on this page, or by emailing your vote directly to lucy@findmyflow.co.uk.
• FindMyFlow will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
  
  

The prize:

• When you submit a vote you will be entered into a prize draw to win £100.
• If the winner of the prize draw also joins the AT Fast Forward webinar on Wednesday 14 January 2026, the prize will be doubled to £200. Book your place on the webinar at: https://events.teams.microsoft.com/event/8ee376cb-f740-43e4-b8a6-a4b4814ec943@3d9e2cc3-cdd1-4aa6-9f01-e5ade1809f0c.
• Because FindMyFlow believe in tailoring to the individual, the prize winner can choose to receive their prize in cash (as a bank transfer), or through Tremendous.com, which offers a vast selection of gift cards, as well as charity donations.
• The winner will be drawn at random from all entrants during the AT Fast Forward webinar between 16:00 - 16:50 (UTC) on Wednesday 14 January 2026.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• The decision of FindMyFlow regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement:

• The winner will be notified after Wednesday 14 January 2026 via the email used to submit a vote.
• FindMyFlow will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

Data protection and publicity:

• You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by FindMyFlow for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy policy.
• All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at contact@findmyflow.co.uk.
• The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via FindMyFlow.
• An announcement of the winner's first name and place of work may be made via FindMyFlow's website and/or social media channels.
• All personal information shall be used in accordance with FindMyFlow's privacy policy.

Other important terms:

• FindMyFlow does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
• FindMyFlow reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
• The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
